Just got back from New Orleans last week and was told by some friends about this place and decided to take wife out for late lunch. The food was as good if not better than New Orleans had to offer. The Voodoo Chicken my wife raved about and the deviled eggs for appetizer were fantastic. Service was excellent. Just sad we found it so late since we are moving Back to New Jersey in a few weeks.

This was the first time visiting Nola’s after hearing about it for a while. My goodness am I kicking myself for waiting so long to eat here. Their food is incredible in the way it just makes you mad you can’t order everything on the menu and eat it at once. I ordered the voodoo chicken and simply put, it was a revelation. The ambiance was fun and fit the mood perfectly. I can’t wait until we go back again and I can sample some more delicious Nola’s.

The dirty rice is definitely the best I've ever eaten; I could have made a meal of it alone. The fried catfish is something special in a market filled with great catfish. The gumbo is thick and hearty with an authentic flavor. The service was great and personable. My only criticism is with the menus. They looked dirty and worn which may not be aligned with the experience that the owner intends.

Questions & Answers

Here is the link to our website and there is a brunch menu available

There are numerous items that don't have shellfish. Let your server know about the allergies and they will help you with your choices. The bar seats do open up pretty frequently due to most people at the bar are waiting for tables. Yes you can eat at the bar.

Gumbo is good. Everyone's taste buds are different but we never had a bad plate at NOLA's.

Not really. I mean it's nice to look jazzy in a speakeasy though.

Can you call the restaurant at 918-779-7766 and someone will help you with your reservation. Thanks

I think so! We just went there on Monday and we have a college and career group of about 25 we thought about bringing soon.
